The Academy had the pleasure of hosting another Savate Training & Grading Day for the Great Britain Savate Federation on 26th June 2011.
Promotional testing was held for blue, green and red glove grades. Academy members Dennis He, Clare Fiander, Elijah Leo-Jacobs and Sean Roberts passed Blue Glove. Graziano Brady gained his Green Glove. Rafal Tichanow and David "Sheff" Barker achieved Red Glove status. A special congratulations to both Dennis and Rafal for exceptionally good performances.
In addition, several members of the Great Britain squad from Cambridge, Guildford and London were present, including CAMA members Morgan Alexander and Rafal Tichanow. The squad members took part in technical, sparring and psychology training sessions.
The Great Britain Squad for the European Savate Assaut Championships will be announced following the British Championships in July.
