Our Chief Instructor, Ollie 'the Mechanic' Batts is well-known for his high level skill in applying joint locks and holds. His latest CAMA Masterclass took place on 8th May at the Leys School Sports Complex, in Cambridge. Ollie focused on dynamic and functional joint locks and holds. He taught a range of individual techniques, and showed how to combine them into lock flows. He also covered a number of counters and reversals, and showed how you can use a Zubo™ and other types of pocket sticks when applying locks, holds and counters.
